The Videographer/Editor will play a central role in creating visual content that aligns with the company’s marketing and communication strategies. You will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that not only capture attention but also communicate the company’s brand message clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and collaborate with other members of the creative and marketing team to develop engaging video concepts. You will be responsible for managing video shoots from start to finish, including equipment setup, directing, editing, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, and internal communication.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts.

Ensure that all video projects are in line with brand guidelines and deliver clear messaging to the target audience.

Manage technical aspects of video production, including camera setup, lighting, and sound.

Maintain video equipment and ensure that all tools are in good working condition before and after shoots.

Edit and produce engaging, polished, and professional video content using industry-standard editing software.

Deliver projects within set timelines while maintaining the highest level of creativity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your work.

Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software, including but not limited to CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between ₦170,000 and ₦200,000, depending on experience and performance.
