Role Overview
The Virtual Operations Assistant will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of PackPro Movers. You will serve as a link between customers, management, and moving staff. Working remotely, you will assist in coordinating moving schedules, managing client inquiries, supporting staff, and ensuring all operations are carried out smoothly. You must be comfortable working independently while maintaining professionalism and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Operations Assistant at PackPro Movers, you will:

Coordinate Scheduling: Arrange and confirm moving appointments for clients. Work with both customers and team members to ensure schedules are accurate and efficient.

Customer Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries. Respond to emails, phone calls, and online requests in a timely and professional manner.

Support Field Operations: Provide clear instructions and support to drivers and moving staff, ensuring they have accurate information for each assignment.

Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of moves, customer requests, and staff schedules.

Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, track operations, and assist with day-to-day documentation needs.

Qualifications and Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Work Schedule and Expectations
This is a full-time remote role. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. However, because moving services often extend beyond standard hours, weekend availability is required. Candidates should be flexible enough to adjust to operational needs, especially during peak moving periods.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges between ₦800,000 – ₦1,200,000 per month. This competitive pay is based on qualifications, prior experience, and performance.
